Ok, this is gonna be pretty simple and easy to follow.
Coat color - The coat color of your horse must be available with the breed you choose - for example you wouldn't come across a pure white paint horse now would you? no so there you go.
Eye color - usually all horses have a dark brown colored orb, the rare blue is only seen on those with a light pelt color - so you cannot have a black horse with green, blue etc. eye colors.
